Case Study
CC Torri Bianche
The mall (CC stands for Centro Commerciale) wanted to expand its social media communication to reach a wider audience, including teenagers and young adults.
Defined a new tone of voice and graphic style for the social channels.

THE CHALLENGE
-
The mall sits in an area with many office buildings, so it’s naturally popular with office workers. Originally established as a cinema, it has also become a hangout spot for young people who come for fast food or a movie. To strengthen its appeal with this demographic, the mall recently introduced a gaming centre and a comic book shop. In line with this, it decided to refresh its social media presence with a younger, bolder style.

MY ROLE
-
My role was to take care of the website layout and interface, organise the information in a way that made sense, and build a design that felt true to Valme while keeping things clear and easy to navigate.
THE PROPOSITION
-
To keep the content easy to navigate, I gave a lot of breathing room to visuals like illustrations. I also numbered the sections and sub-sections to help users quickly get where they want to go. To keep it in tune with the main site’s industrial feel, I added a rugged texture in the background, but played with a much brighter, fresher colour palette. The idea was to give the sustainability section a more uplifting vibe that still felt connected, but clearly had its own purpose and personality.

STAGED RELEASE PLAN
-
The sustainability section was planned in two phases. The first is a simple one-pager to give a clear overview of the company’s values and ongoing efforts. The second will go a bit deeper, with multiple pages covering projects, goals, and detailed data to show the impact and direction of their sustainability work.
